Since the first day of taking these gummies, I haven’t had any more problems. It really is amazing! I’ve noticed that I seem hungrier sooner than usual, but I think it’s because this is helping me digest the food. I haven’t been eating any more, so I’ve just been dealing with feeling empty. It’s not a bad feeling after feeling the way I was for so long. I haven’t noticed any weight loss or gain, but it’s worth it just for the help with digestion and acid reflux. I don’t love the taste, but I just do it and rinse my mouth out with water after.

I used to take couple spoons of real apple cider vinegar (mixed with water), but gummies work way better (because I think the concentration of all the good things that vinegar has is much higher) and taste great (much better than vinegar).
