Surprisingly Great Taste and I think they are working for me. Feeling less hungry during the day and eating smaller portions at each meals. I actually haven’t stayed away from bread , pasta , things with carbs , but eating less of those . It has only been about a week since starting these gummies so have to wait for results before reporting my weight loss yet. I usually take them at bedtime and wake up without hunger pains as I use to. Not sure what time of day is best to help the hunger or cravings, but so far I am noticing a change.
