This is a review of the Nutribolidos Keto ACV Gummies. I have lost a couple of pounds since I started these. I do feel like they help to curb my appetite to an extent. They are easy to ingest, however, they do have a “vinegary” taste.

So I bought these to see how well they would work and they actually help my digestive system a lot but my doctor told me that if I take these I would need to take potassium pills on top of it because the apple cider lowers your potassium levels and it can make you sick thankfully I’m already on potassium pills so I don’t have to worry about that but within the first week of taking them I noticed a huge change with water weight and I have lost 10 lb but you also need to watch what you eat

I was skeptical at first. Took them for two weeks. Nothing. After week three, they kicked in. I am usually good at watching my calories, but started to eat poorly. I am still losing weight. I stopped exercising after the holidays because I just lost my mojo. I still lost weight. That being said, I am back to eating right and working out because it makes me feel better. I have lost 40 pounds and only have to lose 10 more. Don’t look to lose that amount in a few months, it took me 7 months. Doing it slow helps to keep it off. Slow and steady wins the race.

These gummies are doing there job and clean out my colon. I haven’t seen a lot of weight loss. I guess they also make me a bit less hungry as well. I use these with the alli brand weight loss pills which I believe I reviewed already. The 2 of them Together try to keep my weight down but not losing right now. Just keeping weight off. I don’t exercise at all so I think that’s all I can do for myself. I’m unable to work out due to pain that I’m in.

These Keto and Apple Cider Vinegar gummy vitamins have a great taste. They have an artificial apple taste to them, but you can also taste the ACV as an aftertaste. They are easy to chew. Directions state to take 2 daily, and the bottle comes with 60, so if you order the 2 pack, you end up with a 2 month supply.
I am sure you can get ACV vitamins at a lesser cost, so I am not sure .42/gummy is a great value unless you want to stretch these out for 4 months at 1/day.

I think many of the products from this company taste really good! I am so happy to have found a vegan vitamin line I actually like. I haven’t missed a day of taking any of the vitamins I purchased, which is kind of unheard of for me. I usually forget to take vitamins. They don’t hurt my stomach and they don’t have vitamin after taste. These ones are my fave. The flavor is great. I love the texture and I even love that I get to eat two at a time! Apple Cider originally was suggested to me by my nutritionist as a means of healthy weight loss and cleansing. I’ve switched over to a keto diet for the past 45 days and asked my nutritionist if I could switch from liquid to gummies. I sent her the profile and she said it would be fine for my keto diet program even with a very small amount of sugar in them. The gummies are a world better than the liquid and way more convenient. They’re honestly delicious and have a fantastic texture to them. Weight loss has been 4 pounds since beginning use. Highly recommend for any motivated individuals and keep in mind that a healthy diet will help get you the results your looking for. My only recommendation is to stay patient and diligent with weight loss. DO NOT buy this or any product for weight loss and expect your going to lose weight overnight. The majority of weight loss comes from training and dieting. Supplements will play a healthy factor in achieving these goals faster. Apple cider is personally my favorite ingredient for weight loss. It does a great job of detoxifying your body while keeping your metabolism working efficiently. I used to take 2g of liquid apple cider so I eat four gummies per day (500mg/gummy). I recommend giving these a shot if your serious about losing weight and taking them for at least 3 months to give yourself a fair chance at changing your body.
